We accept refunds and exchanges.
We have a 7 day refund policy. You can return your item for a refund within 7 working days or exchange it for a different item within 30 days as long as tags are still attached and the garment is in perfect condition. The 7 days is from when you receive your order. Sale items are strictly exchange only.
Don't worry if you are going to struggle to get the item back to us within 7 working day, please call or email us to let us know.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Along with the item, don't forget to enclose the completed returns form.
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 days.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are exchange only or credit note can be issued.
Please fill in the returns form with what you would like to exchange it for. If the exchanged item differs in price to the original item, don't forget to put your contact number on the form.

You'll be responsible for paying for the postage costs for returning your item.
If you're posting an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
