Returns Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges - Website Sales only.

For Shop Sales and Orders - please ask in store or call for more information. 



We have a 14 day refund policy. You can return your item for a refund within 14 working days or exchange it for a different item within 30 days as long as tags are still attached and the garment is in perfect condition. Sale items are strictly exchange only.

Don't worry if you are going to struggle to get the item back to us within 14 working day, please call or email us to let us know. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Along with the item, don't forget to enclose the completed returns form.    



Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. 


Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are strictly exchange only or credit note can be issued.


Exchanges and Credit Notes

Please fill in the returns form with what you would like to exchange it for. If the exchanged item differs in price to the original item, don't forget to put your contact number on the form.

If you would like a credit note, your credit note is stored on our system for you to use at a later date. There is no expiry date on the credit notes.



To return your item, you should mail it back to: Blonde And Wise, Unit 3 Bleak Street, Gomersal, West Yorkshire, BD19 4RD

You'll be responsible for paying for the postage costs for returning your item.

If you're posting an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
