Product Information

Q. I am unsure how your sizes work, can you please advise? 

A. Our dresses come in two sizes, Small/Medium and Medium/Large. Our size S/M fits UK sizes 8-12 and M/L fits UK sizes 14-18. As most of our dresses have belts that are used to fasten them, you just tie the belts to fit you, therefore fitting a range of sizes. Q. What lengths are your dresses? 

A. The lengths of our dresses vary depending on the style. The lengths of each dress is written in the description of the product. If you cannot find this information, please contact us for more information. 

 

Q. What sizes do you go up to?

A. Our standard sizes go up to a size 18. We can make our dresses in any size though so if you would like a dress making, please contact us for more information. 

 

Q. Do you offer a made to measure service?

A. Yes we do. For more information, please refer to our Made To Order page.

 

Q. I have received my item but unsure how to wear it. Can you help?

A. Please call us on 01274 270140 and a member of the team will be happy to help. 

 

Q. Can I order a dress but in a different colour/fabric? 

A. Yes you can. Please call us on 01274 270140 and a member of team will be happy to help. We can take your order over the phone or arrange for you to come in and see us.

 

Shop and Studio

Q. Do you have a shop? 

A. Yes we do. We have a shop that is situated in Gomersal, West Yorkshire (about 10 minutes drive from Leeds city centre). Gomersal is really easy to get to, just 5 minutes drive from junction 27 off the M62. The shop and studio address is:

Unit 3, The Old Printworks, Bleak Street, Gomersal, West Yorkshire, BD19 4RD. 

 

Q. What are your shop opening times? 

A. Summer Opening Hours (1st March - 30th September) 

Monday - Appointment Only

Tuesday - 10am-4.30pm

Wednesday - 10am-4.30pm

Thursday - 10am-4.30pm

Friday - 10am-4.30pm 

Saturday - 10am-3pm

Sunday - Closed

Winter Opening Hours (1st October - 29th February) 

Monday - Appointment Only

Tuesday - Appointment Only

Wednesday - Appointment Only

Thursday - 12pm-5pm

Friday - 12pm-5pm 

Saturday - 11am-3pm

Sunday - Closed

If you cannot shop within these times, please contact us to make an appointment to shop when is more convenient for you. 

 

Delivery

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. You'll receive you order within 3-5 working days from when you place your order. This is excluding bank holidays. 

 

Q. Do you offer a Next Day Delivery service?

A. Yes we can offer a Next Day Delivery service on certain items. If we have the product in stock and if the order is placed before 2pm, we can arrange this for you over the phone. We charge £15 for Special Delivery. Please call us on 01274 270140 to check availability. 

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we do, we ship worldwide. Simply select the country and enter your address at the checkout. We charge a set shipping cost from £20-25 per order. Please allow up to 14 working days for you to receive your order. Import fees may apply. 

 

Shopping

Q. Can I place an order over the phone?

A. You have the additional option to place your order over the phone. Please call us on 01274 270140. Our order line is open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4.30pm. If you call out of these times, please leave a message and we will call you back. 

 

Q. I don't have a Paypal account, how else can I pay?

A. We accept most debit and credit cards. When you are transferred through to Paypal at the checkout, simply click on 'Check Out as a Guest' below the Paypal login and enter your card details then. If you still need help, please call us on 01274 270140 and we will take the payment over the phone. 

 

Q. Where do I enter my discount code?

A.  If you have a discount code please follow the checkout process as normal, on the last screen you will be able to add your promo code to ensure that you recieve your discount off the full order price.

 

Returns - Website Orders Only.

For Shop Sales, please ask in store or call for more information. 

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. We have a 14 working day refund policy. You can return your item for a refund within 14 working days or exchange it within 30 days. The 14 days is from when you receive your order.  Sale items are strictly exchange only.

Don't worry if you'll struggle to get the item back to us within 14 working days, just call or email to let us know. For more information please see the Returns page.  

Made to measure and Made to order are strictly non-refundable.
