Placing an Order

Payments Options

All payments online are processed by Paypal.
Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, simply click on
'don't have a Paypal account' on the Paypal payment page.
It is completley free to set up a paypal account, it just takes two mintues of your time.

Postage and Packaging

All Blonde and Wise items are sent out by First Class Post. We ensure that all purchases are carefully wrapped and  to make sure your Blonde And Wise products arrive to you safe and in perfect condition.

 

Products will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving payment.

For delivery in the UK, please allow 10 working days to receive your products and 1-4 weeks for international orders.

 

Returns

Blonde and Wise accept returns within 7 days of receiving your goods, with labels attached and in immaculate condition. All goods must be returned by first class post and as the customer, you are responsible for the postage payment. Blonde And Wise will refund you for the price of the product only. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty product, we will replace the product in 14 days.

 

Made to Order

Blonde And Wise offer a special service that gives you the opportunity to order garments that you see on our Gallery space. Through the form, describe what you are looking for and we will email you back with the available colour, fabric samples. From here, we will discuss the size and price. Full payment must be received before any design and making can commence. No refunds will be offered when ordering due to the amount of time involved.
